Pumpkin Dump Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 15oz can Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 10oz can Evaporated Milk
  • 1 Cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 3 Eggs (Beaten)
  • 3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 2 sticks butter (melted)
  • 1 Cup coursely crushed graham crackers or pecans
  • 1/2 cup toffee bits

Directions

  1. Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Spray a 9/13 baking dish with cooking spray.

  3. In large bowl combine the pumpkin, milk, sugar, eggs, spice. Stir to combine and pour into your baking dish.

  4. Sprinkle entire box of cake mix on top followed by graham cracker and chips.

  5. Pour melted butter evenly on top.

  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes until center is set and edges are lightly browned.

  7. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
