Kale & Beans

Ingredients

  • * oil
  • * garlic
  • * hot pepper flakes
  • * kale (washed, chopped in bite sized pieces, cut stem in half
  • * 1 cup water
  • * 2 cans beans

Directions

  1. Saute garlic and hot pepper flakes in oil

  2. Add kale and and water

  3. Cover pan and cook 30 minutes

  4. Add beans

  5. Add more water, if needed

  6. Cook another 15 minutes
