Kahlua Pig

Ingredients

  • 3-4 pound boston butt pork roast
  • 1 T plus 1 t salt
  • 3/4 t garlic
  • 1 t logi (never have found this one, might only be available in Hawaii)
  • 1 t ginger
  • 3 T soy sauce
  • liquid smoke

Directions

  1. Line baking pan with foil large enough to seal roast. (I use the druggist’s fold to seal.)

  2. Place roast in pan (preferably fat side up)

  3. Mix other ingredients in a small bowl

  4. Pour over roast and rub in

  5. Seal foil around roast

  6. Bake 4 hours at 325 degrees F
