Cajun Radish Greens

What to do with Radish Greens? Don’t throw them away…saute

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch chopped radish greens, approximately 4 cups
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1 Tbl Cajun olive oil
  • 1 tsp cane vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp splenda or sugar

Directions

  1. Heat a cast iron skillet to medium and roast the pecans

  2. Remove pecans from the skillet

  3. Add 1 Tbl Cajun olive oil to skillet and heat to medium

  4. Add radish greens and sauté

  5. Add vinegar and Splenda, blend with greens

  6. Add pecans and combine

  7. Serve with slices of fresh radish
