  • 3 TBSP vinegar(red wine, white wine, sherry, blackberry, etc.)
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 7 TBSP olive oil
  • Salt and fresh ground pepper


  1. Mix vinegar and mustard in a small job. Add olive oil, cap tightly and shake til blended.

  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Shake again.
