Cracker Barrel Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lb, frozen hash browns, shredded & thawed
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • corn flakes, crushed
  • 2 T butter, melted

Directions

  1. Mix first 6 ingredients in large mixing bowl.

  2. Put into greased, 9 X 13 dish.

  3. Sprinkle crushed corn flakes on top.

  4. Drizzle top with 2 T butter.

  5. Bake, uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes.
