Ingredients

• 1 bag Oreo cookies, crushed
• 1 cup butter, melted
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 8oz cream cheese, softened
• 2 8oz Cool Whip
• 2 3/4 cup milk
• 1 large instant chocolate pudding mix

Directions

1. Put melted butter in 9X13 cake pan.

2. Stir in crushed cookies, reserving 1 cup for topping.

3. Mix well and press into bottom of pan.

4. In a bowl, beat powdered sugar, cream cheese and 1 tub Cool Whip.

5. Spread mixture onto cookie crust in cake pan.

6. Refrigerate.

7. In a bowl, mix pudding mix & milk until thickened.

8. Spread onto cream cheese layer in pan.

9. Spread 2nd tub Cool Whip over pudding layer.

10. Sprinkle reserved crushed cookies on top.

11. Refrigerate until set.
