Hot German Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 6 - 8 potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups onion, chopped
  • 2 cups celery, chopped
  • 1 T vinegar
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1 can cream of celery soup

Directions

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl.

  2. Mix last 3 ingredients in medium bowl.

  3. Pour soup mixture over potato mixture and combine well.

  4. Pour all in large, greased casserole dish.

  5. Bake at 350 for 45 – 60 minutes.
