Holiday Meatballs

Can use venison or beef.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb burger
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 can sauerkraut
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 bottle chili sauce
  • 1 bottle water, use chili sauce bottle

Directions

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients and shape into balls.

  2. Mix rest of ingredients in separate bowl.

  3. Pour sauce over meatballs in large casserole.

  4. Bake at 350 for 2 hrs.
