North Country Stew

Ingredients

  • 1 lb bacon
  • 1 lb pork sausage
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups cooked wild rice
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 jar mushrooms
  • 1/3 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions

  1. Cook back until crisp.

  2. Drain and crumble on paper towels.

  3. Cook sausage and onion and drain.

  4. Combine all ingredients in large pot.

  5. Cover & simmer for 30 – 45 minutes.
