Sausage Ryes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork sausage
  • 1 lb burger
  • 1 lb Velveeta
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 loaf party rye bread

Directions

  1. Cook and drain sausage & burger.

  2. Mix in cheese, oregano & garlic powder.

  3. Spread mixture on bread slices.

  4. Put bread slices on baking sheet making sure they do not touch.

  5. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.

  6. Cut slices in half diagonally.

  7. Can be served immediately or frozen in freezer bags.

  8. If frozen, may be reheated at 350 for 10 minutes.
