Cheesy Brat Stew

Ingredients

  • 6 Bratwurst or 1 1/2 lb brat burger
  • 4 potatoes, cubed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 - 2 cans green beans, drained
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 can cream mushroom soup
  • 1/2 soup can of water
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. If using brats, cut into bite size pieces.

  2. Put meat in bottom of dutch oven over medium heat.

  3. Partially cook meat and drain excess grease.

  4. Add meat back to dutch oven and continue cooking.

  5. While meat continues to cook, add remaining ingredients in order listed.

  6. Cook for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

  7. Stir before serving.
