Bar-B-Ques

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb burger
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 can corned beef
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 T vinegar
  • ketchup
  • 1 T flour
  • 1/4 cup water
  • salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Cook burger and onion in skillet.

  2. Drain excess grease.

  3. Add burger, onion and corned beef back into skillet, cooking until corned beef is easily chopped and mixed with burger.

  4. Add remaining ingredients.

  5. Simmer for minimum of 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  6. The amount of ketchup you use is a personal preference. My recipe calls for 1 bottle, but I normally use less than a whole bottle.
