Ingredients

  • 1 to 3 large cuts of top sirloin
  • 1 cube of Beef or chicken Broth or bullion
  • 1-can veg-all
  • 1-can green beans
  • 1-can corn
  • 1-can of diced tomatoes (Drain and rinse and drain again for a less tomato flavor) or 1 large fresh tomato
  • 6-potatoes diced in to chunks(skin on or off)

Directions

  1. You can use fresh vegies and not have to change anything below

  2. In large pot fill half way with water place you can vegies and potatoes in season to taste I used lawyers steak seasoning, salt , pepper, onion powder, and garlic salt. Bring to a boil.

  3. Take meat cut in to 1 inch chunks season with Lawyers and garlic salt. In large bowl add a cup or so of self-rising flower place meat in to bowl to batter meat. I a large skillet add vegetable oil (try not to use a lot of grease you want the flower to soak up as much as it can to make the broth or the rue) heat until grease is hot place meat in to skillet let brown on one side until you stir to brown other sides. Do not cook meat until done you want it still on the rare side but brown.

  4. Check until potatoes are almost finished (hard on outside but soft on inside) then add meat when adding meat you want to add all of the drippings off the meat but not too much grease. Continue boiling for about 20 or 30min test meat during that time so that it doesn’t get rubbery. Remove from heat leave lid on l let it sit for ½hour to an hour with the lid on before eating or serving
