Herb Pork Roast

Ingredients

  • 2 t sage
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/2 t pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 5# pork roast
  • 1/2 C brown sugar
  • 1 T corn starch
  • 1/4 C balsalmic vinegar
  • 1/4 C water
  • 2 T soy

Directions

  1. Mix rub and rub onto roast overnight. Cook roast @ 425 degrees to 150 on meat thermometer (21/2 to 3 hrs)

  2. Mix sauce in small pan – heat until thick.

  3. Drizzle over roast last 1/2 hr of cooking
