Hummus

This is usually eaten on pita bread, but it can also become a sauce on spicy veggies.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked or canned chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed or cumin
  • salt to taste

Directions

  1. Whip all ingredients in a blender or food processor
