Crock Pot Balsamic Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp dried minced onion
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 TBSP EVOO
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
  • Sprinkle of fresh chopped parsley

Directions

  1. Combine first 5 spices in a small bowl then spread over the chicken on both sides. Set aside.

  2. Pour EVOO and garlic on bottom of crock pot. Place chicken on top.

  3. Pour balsamic vinegar over the chicken.

  4. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours, sprinkle fresh parsley on top to serve.
