Layered Chocolate – Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
  • 3/4 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
  • 6 ounces white chocolate
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

Directions

  1. Line square pan with foil.

  2. Microwave semi-sweet chocolate and milk in a microwavable bowl on high temperature for 1 minute.

  3. Remove from microwave and stir.

  4. Put back in microwave and cook for another minute, or until the chocolate is almost melted.

  5. Remove mixture from microwave again and stir until all chocolate is melted.

  6. Stir in nuts.

  7. Spread into bottom of pan.

  8. Microwave white chocolate in a seperate microwaveable bowl on high temperature for 1 and a half minutes.

  9. Or until chocolate is almost melted.

  10. Remove from microwave.

  11. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.

  12. Spread over sem-sweet chocolate layer.

  13. Refridgerate for 2 hours or until firm
