Ham Egg and Cheese Burito

Ingredients

  • two small thin slices of 98% Fat Free Ham on each tortilla - 6 slices as a serving
  • 1/3 cup Light Scrambled Eggs
  • 2 T of Shredded 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • Flour Tortilla

Directions

  1. Heat griddle up 20 tortillas flipping them as they bubbled… being careful not to let them crisp up… The goals was to just soften them up a bit.

  2. Add all then fold up burrito style and wrap each one in a paper towel and bag them for the freezer.
