Ingredients

  • 1 cup steel-cut oats
  • 3 cups soy milk (or fat free milk)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 apples, chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Coat a 3 ½ quarts slow cooker with cooking spray. Add all the ingredients and mix well. Cook on low for 6 hours.

  2. Serve with fruit or chopped nuts.

  3. Enjoy!
