Pumpkin Pie Desert Squares

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • Filling:
  • 3 cups pumpkin pie mix (1 lb 14 oz can)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cups milk
  • Topping:
  • 1 cup cake mix, reserved
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter

Directions

  1. Grease bottom only of 13×9 pan.

  2. Reserve 1 cup cake mix.

  3. Prepare remaining cake mix, butter and egg. Press into pan.

  4. Prepare filling by combining all filling ingredients til smooth. Pour over crust.

  5. For topping, combine remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over filling.

  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.

  7. Top with whipped cream.
