Baked Dijon Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 T. Dijon Mustard or coarse grain mustard
  • 2 t. lemon juice or lime juice
  • 1/8 t. bottled minced garlic
  • 1/8 t. black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

  2. Rinse chicken and pat dry

  3. In a small bowl, stir together remaining ingredients

  4. Arrange chicken or turkey in a single layer in a glass bakind dish. Spread mustard mixture over top of each piece

  5. Bake uncovered, 15-20 minutes or until chicken or turkey is tender and no longer pink
