Teem Fried Gok

Ingredients

  • 1 c. of chopped, unsalted dry roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 c. shredded coconut
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. of Sokok wrap or round wonton wrap

Directions

  1. Mix the first three ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.

  2. TO assemble, take a wrapper and moisten edges of wrapper with water. Place a tsp. of mixture into wrap and seal by carefully pinching the very edges of the wrapper. Make sure there are no leaks!

  3. Heat oil and deep fry making sure that you constantly turn them over. Use a sieve to drain and make sure that you put them onto a plate with paper towels.
