Butter Mochi

Ingredients

  • 1 box mochiko
  • 2 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 stick (4oz) butter, melted and cooled
  • 2 cups milk
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 can coconut milk

Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another, then combine.

  2. Pour into greased 9 × 13 inch pan and bake for 1 hour at 350 until a toothpick comes out clean.

  3. Cool and cut with plastic knife.
