Slow Cook Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • Chicken Breasts
  • Chopped Celery
  • Chopped Carrots
  • Chopped Garlic
  • Hot Sauce
  • 4 Wedges of Low Fat Laughing Cow Cheese
  • 1/3 cup of Low Fat Greek Yogurt (plain)
  • 2 tbs. Reduced fat Parmesan Cheese (grated style)

Directions

  1. Add 1/4 cup of water to slow cooker

  2. Add Chicken breasts, celery, carrots and garlic and cook on high for 4 hours

  3. Remove Chicken and use fork to shred and add back into slow cooker

  4. In seperate bowl mix Laughing Cow Cheese, Yogurt, Hot Sauce and Parm Cheese then add to slow cooker and mix in
