Slow Cooker Sweet Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic-infused olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (green parts only)
  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions

  1. Mix together soy sauce, sugar, garlic OO, salt and chopped green onion in a resealable gallon-sized freezer bag. Place chicken breasts inside the bag and zip closed.

  2. When ready to eat, remove from freezer and thaw in fridge for at least 24 hours. Cook on LOW for 4-6 hours (watch it to ensure chicken doesn’t overcook).

  3. Serve over rice.
