Beer cheese fondue

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c.chopped onion
  • 1t.minced minced garlic
  • 1cup beer
  • 4cup (16oz.) shredded cheddar
  • 2-4 T 1/2 and 1/2
  • Bread cubes
  • Ravioli
  • Apple slices

Directions

  1. In sauce pan, sauce pan, sauté onion and garlic in butter until tender.

  2. Stir in beer, bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium-low.

  3. Toss cheese &flour;stir into sauce pan until melted.

  4. Stir in 2T cream (add more if fondue thickens.

  5. Serve with bread cubes, apple slices, ravioli,broccoli spears
