Italian Chicken

Very comfort-food-ish. Lots of cream cheese and fats, and it smells great.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 C Butter or Margarine
  • 1 pkg Dry Italian Salad Dressing
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 8oz pkg Cream Cheese

Directions

  1. Cut and cube raw chicken and put in crock pot. Add margarine and dressing. Cook on LOW for 6 hours, and then cook on HIGH for 1 1/2 hours. Add Cream of chicken soup and cream cheese, cook for 1/2 hour longer. Add 1/2 c water to make it smooth. Serve over rice or noodles.
