Pork Barbecue

Ingredients

  • 4-5 lb pork roast (cook overnight)
  • 2 lg chopped onions
  • 2 TBS vinegar
  • 2 TBS Worcestershire
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 3/4 cup catsup
  • 3/4 cup water

Directions

  1. Combine sauce ingredients and simmer

  2. 40 minutes. Add to pork, heat through.
