Roasted Parmesan Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 2 heads broccoli, chopped into florets
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp grated lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/6 cup Parmesan

Directions

  1. eheat the oven to 425.

  2. Place broccoli in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  3. Toss the garlic on the broccoli and drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil.

  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  5. Roast 20-25 minutes until crisp-tender and some florets are browned.

  6. Remove from oven and immediately toss with olive oil, lemon and Parmesan.
