Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb. Pork Tenderloin
  • 3 Cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp. Thyme (dried)
  • 2 tsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Ken's Lite Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and place into a bag. Marinate for 6 hours or overnight.

  2. Remove pork and reserve marinade. Grill pork to 145 degrees (about 15-20 minutes). Bring marinade to a boil and reduce by half. Drizzle reduced marinade over pork.
