Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced or shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/3 cup cayenne hot pepper sauce
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar (may use pepperjack for more KICK)
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

Directions

  1. eheat oven to 375.

  2. Toss chicken with hot sauce. Stir in remaining ingredients, except blue cheese.

  3. Turn into 1 1/2 qt shallow casserole dish; sprinkle with blue cheese.

  4. Bake, uncovered, 20 mins or until bubbly.
