Chocolate Buttercream

Makes enough to ice 24 cupcakes,

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 cups confectioner's sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk + a few TBSP to adjust consistency.
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Beat butter and cocoa until smooth, then add milk and vanilla.

  2. Add 1 cup sugar at a time.

  3. Beat until mixed.
