Cream Cheese Icing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 pkgs (8oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 TBSP milk
  • 8 cups confectioners sugar (2#)

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, beat butter and cream cheese with electric mixer until light and fluffy.

  2. Gradually add confectioner’s sugar and milk.

  3. Beat on high until smooth (30-60 seconds).

  4. If icing seems too thin, add confectioners sugar, 1 TBSP at a time.

  5. If too thick add more milk 1 tsp at a time.
