- 2 white cake mixes
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 pkg vanilla pudding
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained and sliced
- 3 TBSP grated orange rind
- 2 cup sour cream
- 8 egg whites
- 1 1/3 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 tsp coconut extract
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 2 tsp butter flavoring
