kikh’s dolmadakia

Ingredients

  • Ground beef
  • Long grain rice
  • Parsley
  • Mint
  • Dill
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 egg
  • I onion
  • Grape leaves prepared

Directions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients

  2. Can be frozen now and cooked frozen

  3. Place in pot.

  4. Cover with water and add Oil and butter

  5. Cover with a heavy plate and boil over low heat for about 1 1/2 hour

  6. Make avgolemkno sauce and serve on dolmades
