Granola

Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup toasted wheat germ
  • 1/2 cup sesame seed
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine melted
  • 1 cup raisins

Directions

  1. Stir together the rolled oats, the coconut, the sliced almonds, the toasted wheat germ, and the sesame seed. Stir in maple syrup and butter or margarine. Spread in a 15×10×1 inch baking pan. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring once. Stir in raisins. Cool. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place or in the refrigerator. Makes about 7 cups.
