Safe Chocolate Cake

This is the chocolate cake I made while y’all were here for Spring Break.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup super strong coffee
  • 1 cup cold water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix all dry ingredients together and then add liquid ingredients. You may need to add a little extra water.

  3. Pour into a greased/sprayed 9×13 baking dish.

  4. Bake for 18-25 minutes or until cooked through.
