Alfredo/Red Sauce Combo

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 8 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 1.5 tsp garlic powder
  • salt
  • white pepper
  • 1 (24 oz) can spaghetti sauce
  • 1 (15) oz can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Melt butter

  2. Add cream cheese, small pieces at a time, stirring until softened and melted in with butter.

  3. Mix in heavy cream, spices, spaghetti sauce, and crushed tomatoes.

  4. Bring to a low, gentle simmer and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  5. Stir in parmesan cheese until blended/melted in.

  6. Remove from heat and serve on pasta of your choice.
