G’ma Browne’s Three Bean Salad

I have found that it important to use new salad oil and vinegar. Otherwise it seems rancid. I think this is the best. I got it from my Mother.

Ingredients

• 2 cans Del Monte Green Beans
• 1 can yellow beans
• 1 can red kidney beans
• 1 can garbanzo beans
• 1/2c sliced onion
• 1/2C saled oil
• 1/2c Heinz vinegar (important )
• 3/4 c sugar
• 1tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions

1. Mix all but the beans together.

2. Add beans.

3. Let sit for a few hours before serving.
