Raspberry-Banana Soy Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 6-oz. container fat-free French vanilla yogurt
  • 1 1/2 C. soy milk
  • 1 C. unsweetened frozen or fresh raspberries
  • 1 med. banana, sliced (1 C.)

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Cover; blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
