Homemade Pepper Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb peppers
  • distilled white vinegar (enough to cover them)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • glass jar

Directions

  1. After cutting the stems and tips off the peppers, add them to the glass jar. Bring the vinegar, salt and sugar to a boil. After letting it cool for a few minutes, pour it over the peppers in the jar. Close the jar tightly and let it sit for about two weeks. Does not need refrigerated
