Ramen Cabbage Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 head of green cabbage coarsely chopped
  • 1 3oz package of ramen (crushed)
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp white sugar
  • 3 Tbsp white vinegar
  • Optional:
  • craisins, sesame seed

Directions

  1. Toss together cabbage, noodles and sunflower seeds (I substitute options here).

  2. Whisk ramen flavor packet with oil, sugar and vinegar. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss evenly.

  3. Eat immediately. Does not save well.
