Ingredients

  • 1 12 or 14-inch pizza base
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup diced deli ham
  • 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup grated cheddar

Directions

  1. eheat oven to 350.

  2. Line a pizza pan with foil, generously overlapping the sides; coat with cooking spray.

  3. Pinch the edges of the pizza base to make a lip.

  4. Beat the eggs, salt and pepper in a medium bowl until blended.

  5. Brush a little of the egg mixture around the edge of the dough and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  6. Transfer the crust to the oven and bake for 5 minutes.

  7. Meanwhile, add the milk, ham and green onions to the remaining egg mixture and mix well.

  8. Remove the crust fro the oven. With the overlapping foil, make a collar 1 inch higher than the edge of the crust by gently folding and rolling foil around the pizza’s edge to keep the egg mixture from escaping.

  9. Pour the egg mixture into the crust and return it to the oven immediately. Bake for 20 minutes longer or until the egg is set.

  10. Remove the pizza from the oven and top with cheese; allow to stand for two minutes until cheese is melted.
