Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 12-16 oz salsa
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can corn
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • shredded cheese

Directions

  1. Add chicken, salsa, beans, and corn to crockpot. Cook all day. Add sour cream 30 min before serving. Top with shredded cheese. Serve in a tortilla, over rice, or in a bowl.
