Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup lard or butter or coconut oil
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions

Put all ingredients in large bowl, beat together until well mixed.

Refrigerate at least 1 hour

Roll out and cut, then back at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
