Mexican Layered Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can refried beans
  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 packet of taco seasoning mix
  • chopped lettuce
  • chopped tomatoes
  • chopped olives
  • grated cheddar cheese
  • olive oil
  • balsamic vinegar
  • garlic powder
  • salsa

Directions

  1. Make guacamole – Mash avocados, sprinkle with garlic powder and salt, add a little salsa if desired, or chopped onion and mix. Set aside.

  2. Mix 1/2 packet of taco seasoning mix with refried beans and spread on the bottom of a pan.

  3. Spread guacamole over beans, and cover with sour cream.

  4. Mix a little olive oil, garlic powder, salt and a tiny bit of vinegar with the chopped lettuce. Spread over the sour cream. Top with chopped tomatoes, olives and cheese.
