Tuna-noodle Casserole

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. bowtie pasta, cooked/drained
  • 2 - 6 oz. cans of tuna/drained
  • 3 tbsp. margarine
  • 1/4 c flour
  • 4 c milk
  • 1-1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

  1. Melt margarine, add flour and seasonings.

  2. Add milk gradually and whisk until smooth.

  3. Cook over low until warm and thickened.

  4. In casserole flake tuna and add pasta.

  5. Pour sauce over. Stir and mix.

  6. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, uncovered.
