Breadmaker Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 3 cups flour
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1.5 teaspoon active dry yeast

Directions

  1. Add ingredients to breadpan in order listed, making a well for the yeast before adding it. Let the machine knead the dough, take it out after kneading is complete. Turn out into a lightly oiled bowl, cover loosely and leave it to rise until it has roughly doubled in size. Can be stored in fridge to slow rise or for later-in-day use. Makes one pizza. Pizza should be topped and baked at 450 degrees for about 20 minutes.
