Beef Ribs (Ginger Ale)

Ingredients

  • 2 - 3 lbs Beef Ribs
  • 2 Liter Ginger Ale
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

  1. Soak ribs in ginger ale overnight.

  2. Add dry ingredients and cover in refrigerator for 1 hour.

  3. Bake in oven at 350, covered, for 2 hours.
